Alain is a private equity investor with more than 20 years of investment and advisory experience, including 13 years with Citigroup Investment Bank in New York and Tel Aviv. Additionally, he was the Director of Citigroup’s Israel Investment Bank, where he served as advisor on strategic mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raising transactions from both public and private markets globally. Alain brings a wealth of experience in global and Israeli finance and M&A having managed transactions with aggregate value of ~US$40 billion.

To make room for Mr. Dobkin, Chris Carl has volunteered to step down as President and from Aura’s board to focus on his role as CEO of DigiCrypts.
