The merger combines Cannex’s large-scale cultivation and manufacturing capabilities, as demonstrated by its portfolio of successful product brands, with 4Front’s existing strategic asset base and its long-standing retail, regulatory, and growth capabilities. Additional Details on the Merger
The merger was completed by way of a plan of arrangement agreement under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act (the “Arrangement Agreement”).
