Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corporation (CSE:CANN) (“Heritage” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that its proposed acquisition target CannaCure Corp, has been granted by Health Canada a license to cultivate cannabis, pursuant to the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).
This acquisition, previously announced on July 23, 2018, will make Heritage one of only a few companies in Canada with multiple LPs, and it will offer scalability with many potential options for future expansion.
